BlazeApps - QuickNote
Introduction
QuickNote ("we," "us," "our," or "BlazeApps") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and associated services.
Important Notice: QuickNote uses on-device speech-to-text processing. Audio is processed locally on your device and is not sent to our servers for analysis or storage.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Transcribed Notes: Text generated from voice recordings through on-device speech-to-text processing.
- Note Metadata: Creation dates, edit dates, and note organization structure (folders, tags).

- Device Information: Device model, operating system, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility.
- Authentication Data: Anonymous Firebase authentication tokens used to sync your data securely.
Audio Privacy & On-Device Processing
CRITICAL: QuickNote processes all audio locally on your device. Audio is NOT sent to BlazeApps servers, recorded, or stored in any form:
- Voice recordings are converted to text entirely on your device using iOS/Android native speech-to-text APIs
- Raw audio data is immediately discarded after transcription
- Only the final transcribed text is stored in your notes
- No audio files are ever transmitted to BlazeApps, third parties, or cloud servers
- Apple and Google's native speech APIs may collect limited diagnostic data according to their privacy policies

We use the collected information for:
- Storing your transcribed notes and organizing them in folders
- Syncing notes across your devices
- Enabling text editing, formatting, and organization features
- Providing premium features such as unlimited recordings, rich text editing, folders, and export functionality
