By downloading, installing, or using MaisonAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. About MaisonAI

MaisonAI is a mobile application developed by BlazeApps that uses artificial intelligence to help you redesign and redecorate your living spaces. Using your device's camera or uploaded photos, the App can generate AI-powered visualizations of how your rooms could look with different furniture, colors, styles, and layouts.

3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlazeApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal interior design and visualization purposes.

4. User Content and Photos

4.1 Your Photos

You retain all ownership rights to the photos of your spaces that you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant BlazeApps a limited license to process, analyze, and transform your photos solely for the purpose of providing the AI redesign services to you.

4.2 Content Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to photograph the spaces you upload
• Your photos do not contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• You have obtained consent from any individuals who may appear in your photos
• Your use of the App does not violate any third-party rights

4.3 AI-Generated Content

The redesigned images generated by the App are created using AI technology based on your input photos. You may use these AI-generated images for personal purposes such as planning renovations or sharing with contractors. Commercial use of generated images may be subject to additional terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MaisonAI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Upload photos of spaces you do not have permission to photograph
• Upload photos containing inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Use the App to infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI technology
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

6. AI Technology Limitations

While our AI technology is designed to create realistic visualizations, please understand:

• Generated images are artistic interpretations and may not be architecturally accurate
• Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, and room complexity
• AI suggestions should not replace professional interior design or architectural advice
• Furniture and decor shown may not be available for purchase or may differ from actual products
• Structural changes shown in visualizations require professional assessment

7. Camera and Photo Access

The App requires access to your device's camera and photo library to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to capture and process images of your spaces for redesign visualization purposes. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MaisonAI, including but not limited to the AI algorithms, software, interface design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BlazeApps and are protected by international copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription plans or one-time purchases for premium features and additional AI generations. All purchases are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• AI-generated designs will be suitable for implementation
• Visualizations will accurately represent real-world outcomes
• Furniture or products shown will be available or match actual items

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to any renovation costs, property damage, or disappointment arising from reliance on AI-generated visualizations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
