MaisonAI does not collect or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. The App does not require account creation and can be used completely anonymously.

2.2 Photos and AI Processing

When you use MaisonAI, you capture or upload photos of your spaces for AI-powered redesign. Here's how we handle your photos:

• Processing: Photos are sent to our secure servers for AI analysis and redesign generation
• Temporary Storage: Original photos are retained only during the processing period
• Output Storage: Generated redesign images may be stored temporarily for you to access
• Automatic Deletion: Photos and generated images are automatically deleted after processing or a short retention period

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

We automatically collect anonymous information about how you use the App:

• Design styles and preferences selected
• Number of rooms processed
• App performance metrics and processing times
• Error logs and crash reports
• Device information (model, operating system, app version)
• Analytics data (session duration, feature usage)

All technical data is collected anonymously and is used solely to improve app performance and functionality.

4. AI Processing and Data Usage

4.1 How Our AI Works

Our AI technology analyzes your room photos to understand the space, furniture placement, and architectural features. It then generates new visualizations based on your selected design preferences. This processing happens on secure cloud servers.

4.2 Training Data

We do NOT use your uploaded photos of your home to train or improve our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. Your personal spaces remain private.

4.3 Photo Retention

Your original photos are retained only for the duration necessary to complete AI processing (typically minutes to hours). Generated images are available for download and are automatically deleted from our servers after a short period.

5. Camera and Photo Library Access

The App requires access to your device's camera and/or photo library:

• Camera: To capture photos of your rooms directly within the App
• Photo Library: To select existing photos of your spaces for redesign

We only access photos you explicitly select or capture for redesign purposes. We do not scan or access other photos in your library.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your photos or personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• AI Processing Partners: With cloud providers and AI processing services to generate redesigns (under strict data processing agreements)
• Analytics Partners: With analytics services to understand app usage (anonymized data only)

California residents have additional rights including the right to know what information we collect, the right to delete information, and the right to opt-out of sales (note: we do not sell personal information or photos).
