BlazeApps - GrateDay
By downloading, installing, or using GrateDay ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
GrateDay is a mobile journaling application that enables you to track daily gratitude, mood, and reflections. The App includes calendar-based entry management, mood analytics, insights generation, and premium features for enhanced functionality.
Important Mental Wellness Disclaimer: GrateDay is a journaling tool designed to support mindfulness and gratitude practice. It is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or counseling. If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mental health challenges, please seek help from a qualified mental health professional. GrateDay should only be used as a complementary tool alongside professional support if needed.
GrateDay uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. You do not need to create a traditional user account with a username and password. Your data is stored securely and anonymously.
GrateDay offers the following subscription options:
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal notification before being charged. To cancel, you must manage your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store according to their respective policies. Subscriptions cancelled within the App Store or Play Store's refund window (typically 14-15 days) may be refunded. We do not process refunds directly.
Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information directly. RevenueCat may process subscription data for verification purposes.
You agree to use GrateDay only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, code, and materials in GrateDay are the property of BlazeApps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, be error-free, or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Mood insights and patterns generated by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical or psychological advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to mental health issues, data loss, or economic damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate your access to GrateDay at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may uninstall the App at any time. Data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes.
