GrateDay offers a free tier and premium subscription plans:

  • Free Tier: Access to today's journal entry and basic mood tracking
  • Monthly: $2.99/month for access to any date, full history, and advanced insights
  • Yearly: $19.99/year for all premium features
  • Lifetime: $39.99 one-time purchase for permanent premium access

Subscription data is processed securely through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information directly; it is managed by these platforms.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. Your journal entries are stored securely in Firebase with appropriate access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, please contact us immediately.

Data Retention

We retain your journal entries, mood data, and insights as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Backup copies may take up to 30 days to be deleted.

Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your journal entries and personal data
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Opt-out of promotional communications
  • Export your journal entries and insights
  • Disable analytics or notification permissions in app settings
  • View and understand the insights generated from your mood data

If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with information, we will delete such information and terminate the child's account.
