BlazeApps - GallerySwipe
By downloading, installing, or using GallerySwipe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
GallerySwipe is a mobile application developed by BlazeApps that allows you to quickly manage and organize your photo gallery using an intuitive swipe-based interface similar to Tinder. Swipe right to keep photos, swipe left to delete them, making it easy to clean up your device storage and remove unwanted photos efficiently.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlazeApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal photo management purposes.
You retain all ownership rights to the photos you manage through the App. The App accesses your device's photo gallery solely to display photos for your review and to execute deletion commands you initiate.
When you swipe left to delete a photo, the App will move the photo to your device's trash or permanently delete it depending on your device settings. Photo deletions may be irreversible. BlazeApps is not responsible for any accidental deletions. Please ensure you want to delete a photo before swiping left.
We strongly recommend backing up your photos before using the App. BlazeApps is not responsible for any data loss resulting from the use of the App.
You agree to use GallerySwipe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App requires access to your device's photo gallery to function. By granting these permissions, you authorize the App to read, display, and delete photos as directed by your swipe actions. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, but this will prevent the App from functioning.
All content, features, and functionality of GallerySwipe, including but not limited to the software, interface design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BlazeApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App may offer subscription plans or one-time purchases for premium features. All purchases are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee that deleted photos can be recovered. Use the App at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of photos, data, or memories, arising from your use of the App or any accidental deletions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
