The App requires access to your device's photo gallery to function. Important points:

• Local Processing Only: All photo viewing and deletion happens locally on your device
• No Upload: Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or any third-party servers
• No Storage: We do not store, copy, or retain any of your photos
• No Analysis: We do not analyze, scan, or process the content of your photos

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

We automatically collect anonymous information about how you use the App:

• Number of photos reviewed (not the photos themselves)
• Number of swipe actions (keep/delete statistics)
• App performance metrics
• Error logs and crash reports
• Device information (model, operating system, app version)

All technical data is collected anonymously and is used solely to improve app performance and functionality.

4.1 Your Photos Stay on Your Device

We want to be absolutely clear: your photos never leave your device. The App operates entirely locally on your device. We have no access to your photos, we cannot see them, and we do not store them anywhere.

4.2 Deletion is Permanent

When you swipe left to delete a photo, the deletion request is sent directly to your device's operating system. Depending on your device settings, photos may be moved to trash or permanently deleted. We have no ability to recover deleted photos.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your information. We may share anonymous usage data in the following limited circumstances:

• Analytics Partners: With analytics services to understand app usage (anonymized data only)
• Payment Processors: With payment service providers for subscription processing

• Uninstall: Remove the App from your device at any time

GallerySwipe is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

Anonymous usage data may be processed on servers located in different countries. Since no personal or photo data is collected, there is no transfer of sensitive information internationally.

11. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights under CCPA. Since we do not collect personal information, most CCPA provisions do not apply. We do not sell personal information.
