Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using StreakGrid ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps ("Company", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. About the App

StreakGrid is a habit tracking application designed to help users build, maintain, and monitor daily habits using a visual GitHub-style contribution grid. The App provides features including unlimited habit creation (premium), daily completion tracking, streak visualization, habit statistics and analytics, goal configuration, customizable reminders, and historical data logging. StreakGrid is a personal productivity tool for habit management and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.

3. User Accounts

StreakGrid uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. Users do not need to create a traditional account with a username or password. The App automatically generates an anonymous user identifier to save your habits, completion records, streaks, goals, and subscriptions across devices.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@blazeapps.com immediately.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

StreakGrid offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $2.99/month (auto-renews)
• Yearly Subscription: $19.99/year (auto-renews)
• Lifetime Purchase: $39.99 one-time purchase

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal subscriptions will charge your account 24 hours before the renewal date.

You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → StreakGrid → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → StreakGrid → Cancel

Refunds for subscription cancellations are not issued for partial months or years, except as required by applicable law. No refunds are provided for lifetime purchases.

Prices are in USD and may vary by region and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Recurring billing will continue until cancelled. Your subscription will be active immediately after purchase.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use StreakGrid to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other users
• Attempt to access, modify, or disable the App without authorization
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without written permission
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Interfere with the App's operation or servers
• Collect or track personal information of other users
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service

6. Intellectual Property

StreakGrid, including all content, features, and functionality (software code, design, graphics, text), is the exclusive property of BlazeApps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or sell any content without prior written permission from BlazeApps.

7. Disclaimers

StreakGrid is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranty of merchantability
• Warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranty of non-infringement
• Warranty of title or quiet enjoyment

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. The App may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for loss of data, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of StreakGrid.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Third-party conduct or content
• Any other matter relating to the App

In no event shall BlazeApps' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

9. Termination

Your right to use StreakGrid is terminated immediately if you violate these Terms. BlazeApps may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason without liability or advance notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App and access your account ceases immediately. Sections that should logically survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any legal disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of StreakGrid after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App.
