BlazeApps - ShakeQuote
By downloading, installing, and using ShakeQuote ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps ("Company", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
ShakeQuote is a motivational quote application designed to deliver daily inspiration through interactive features. The App provides access to a curated collection of quotes across multiple categories including motivation, wisdom, humor, and more. Users can shake their device to receive random quotes, browse curated collections, mark favorite quotes, customize themes, and unlock premium features through subscription.
ShakeQuote uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. Users do not need to create a traditional account with a username or password. The App automatically generates an anonymous user identifier to save your preferences, favorite quotes, and subscriptions across devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@blazeapps.com immediately.
ShakeQuote offers the following subscription options:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal subscriptions will charge your account 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime through your device settings:
Refunds for subscription cancellations are not issued for partial months or years, except as required by applicable law. No refunds are provided for lifetime purchases.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Recurring billing will continue until cancelled. Your subscription will be active immediately after purchase.
You agree not to use ShakeQuote to:
ShakeQuote, including all content, features, and functionality (software code, design, graphics, text, quotes), is the exclusive property of BlazeApps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or sell any content without prior written permission from BlazeApps. Quotes within the App are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
ShakeQuote is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. The App may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for loss of data, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of ShakeQuote.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from:
In no event shall BlazeApps' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
Your right to use ShakeQuote is terminated immediately if you violate these Terms. BlazeApps may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason without liability or advance notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App and access your account ceases immediately. Sections that should logically survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any legal disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of ShakeQuote after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App.
