BlazeApps ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Reframe AI mobile application ("the App"). Given the nature of our App, which processes your videos and images using AI technology, we take special care in handling your media files.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 No Personal Information Collection

Reframe AI does not collect or store any personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information. The App does not require account creation and can be used completely anonymously.

2.2 Media Files and Cloud Storage

When you use Reframe AI, you upload videos and images for AI-powered cropping and reframing. We process these media files to:

• Detect and identify the main subject in your content
• Analyze composition and framing
• Generate cropped versions according to your selected aspect ratio
• Provide the reframed output back to you

Cloud Storage: Only processed images (output files) are saved to our cloud storage to allow you to access them later and across devices. Your original videos and images are processed temporarily and are automatically deleted after processing is complete. We retain processed images only as long as necessary or until you delete them.

Note: Videos are not stored in the cloud. Only the final processed images/frames that you choose to save are stored.

2.3 Technical and Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the App:

• Features used (aspect ratios selected, number of files processed)
• App performance metrics and processing times
• Error logs and crash reports
• Device information (model, operating system, app version)
• Analytics data (session duration, interaction patterns)

Additionally, we collect device-specific information including:

• Device type and model
• Operating system and version
• Unique device identifiers (for analytics purposes only)

All technical data is collected anonymously and is used solely to improve app performance and functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To process your media files using AI and deliver reframed content
• AI Improvement: To improve our AI algorithms and detection accuracy (only with anonymized, aggregated data)

4. AI Processing and Data Usage

4.1 How Our AI Works

Our AI technology analyzes your videos and images to identify the main subject and optimal framing. This processing happens either on-device or on secure cloud servers depending on the file size and device capabilities.

4.2 Training Data

We do NOT use your uploaded media files to train or improve our AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. If you choose to participate in our AI improvement program, only anonymized data that cannot identify you or the subjects in your media will be used.

4.3 Media Retention

Your original media files are retained only for the duration necessary to complete processing (typically a few seconds to minutes). Processed output files are delivered directly to your device and are not stored on our servers unless you explicitly save them to cloud storage features (if available).

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or media files. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With cloud hosting providers and AI processing partners who help us deliver the service (under strict data processing agreements)
• Analytics Partners: With analytics services to understand app usage (anonymized data only)
• Payment Processors: With payment service providers for subscription processing
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Important: Third-party service providers have access to your media files only for the purpose of performing processing tasks and are obligated not to use or disclose them for any other purpose.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
