BlazeApps - MoodBoard
By downloading, installing, or using MoodBoard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
MoodBoard is a mobile application developed by BlazeApps that provides daily wallpapers organized by mood and aesthetic. The App features mood-based collections, swipe browsing, favorites management, and unlimited wallpaper downloads for premium subscribers. Discover and download wallpapers that match your daily mood.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlazeApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for downloading and setting wallpapers on your personal device.
MoodBoard uses anonymous authentication through Firebase. No personal account information or email is required. Your wallpaper preferences and favorites are stored securely and associated with your device.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device. Device loss or factory reset may result in loss of your favorites list if not backed up.
When you download wallpapers through the App, you receive a limited personal license to use them as device wallpapers. All wallpapers remain the property of their respective creators or BlazeApps.
You may download and use wallpapers for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
Some wallpapers may be created by third-party artists. Downloading wallpapers constitutes acceptance of any attribution requirements specified for those wallpapers.
MoodBoard offers a free tier with one wallpaper per day and a premium subscription for unlimited wallpapers, access to all collections, and favorites management.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy. Contact the app store for refund requests.
You agree to use MoodBoard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of MoodBoard, including but not limited to the software, interface design, graphics, logos, collections, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BlazeApps or its content partners and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific wallpapers will be available at any given time. Wallpaper availability may change at our discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or loss of downloaded wallpapers.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlazeApps operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
