By downloading, installing, or using LoudFind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. About the App

LoudFind is a sound detection application designed to help users locate their lost or misplaced phones by detecting loud sounds (such as claps or whistles) and triggering an alarm. The App includes sound sensitivity controls, custom alarm options, and vibration patterns.

3. Audio Processing & Privacy

IMPORTANT: LoudFind does NOT record audio:

• Sound detection occurs entirely on your device
• Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted
• The app only detects sound intensity to trigger alarms
• No voice recognition or content analysis occurs

4. User Accounts & Authentication

LoudFind uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. You do not need to create a traditional user account with a username and password. Your data is stored securely and anonymously.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and access credentials
• You agree not to share your authentication token with others
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence

5. Microphone Access

LoudFind requires microphone permissions to detect sound. By using this App, you agree that we may access your device's microphone to detect loud sounds. You can revoke microphone permissions at any time through your device settings without impacting other app functionality. The microphone is never used for recording audio.

You agree to use LoudFind only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Resell or redistribute the App or premium features
• Attempt to bypass premium restrictions or payment mechanisms

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, design, graphics, code, and materials in LoudFind are the property of BlazeApps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, be error-free, or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your own risk. Sound detection effectiveness depends on ambient noise, device quality, and environmental factors. We do not guarantee the App will successfully detect all sounds or trigger alarms in all situations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost devices, data loss, or economic damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to LoudFind at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may uninstall the App at any time. Data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California for the resolution of any disputes.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be posted in the App, and your continued use of LoudFind constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
