BlazeApps - FocusForge
By downloading, installing, or using FocusForge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
FocusForge is a mobile application developed by BlazeApps that provides deep work timers, focus rituals, and productivity analytics to help users maintain concentration and track their work habits. The App features a circular progress timer, customizable focus rituals, and detailed productivity insights.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlazeApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal productivity tracking and focus improvement purposes.
FocusForge uses anonymous authentication through Firebase. No personal account information or email is required. Your session data and productivity analytics are stored securely and associated with your device.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and data. Device loss or factory reset may result in loss of session history if not backed up.
FocusForge offers a free tier with a basic 25-minute timer and a premium subscription for custom timer durations, focus rituals, and detailed productivity analytics.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy. Contact the app store for refund requests.
You agree to use FocusForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of FocusForge, including but not limited to the software, interface design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BlazeApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
FocusForge is a tool designed to help with time management and productivity tracking. Results depend on user effort and discipline. We do not guarantee any specific productivity improvements or outcomes. The App is not a substitute for professional coaching, therapy, or medical treatment for attention disorders.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose. We do not guarantee accurate time tracking or data retention across sessions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, productivity, or earnings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlazeApps operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
