BlazeApps - FastBite
FastBite is a lifestyle and wellness tracking application, not a medical device, medical service, or healthcare provider. This app is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or medical symptom. Intermittent fasting may not be suitable for everyone and carries potential health risks. Consult with a qualified healthcare professional or doctor before starting any fasting program, especially if you have existing health conditions, take medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a history of eating disorders. FastBite provides no medical advice, and using this app does not establish a doctor-patient relationship or substitute for professional medical advice.
By downloading, installing, and using FastBite ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps ("Company", "we", "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
FastBite is an intermittent fasting tracker application designed to help users track and manage fasting sessions. The App provides features including multiple fasting plan options (16:8, 18:6, 20:4), customizable schedules, session timers, completion tracking, historical data logging, and statistics to monitor progress over time. FastBite is a personal wellness tool and does not provide medical or nutritional advice.
FastBite uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. Users do not need to create a traditional account with a username or password. The App automatically generates an anonymous user identifier to save your fasting sessions, plans, history, and subscriptions across devices.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@blazeapps.com immediately.
FastBite offers the following subscription options:
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewal subscriptions will charge your account 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime through your device settings:
Refunds for subscription cancellations are not issued for partial months or years, except as required by applicable law. No refunds are provided for lifetime purchases.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Recurring billing will continue until cancelled. Your subscription will be active immediately after purchase.

FastBite, including all content, features, and functionality (software code, design, graphics, text), is the exclusive property of BlazeApps and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or sell any content without prior written permission from BlazeApps.
FastBite is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. The App may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. We are not responsible for loss of data, service interruptions, or other issues arising from the use of FastBite.
FastBite is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying any fasting regimen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses arising from:
In no event shall BlazeApps' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is less. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.
Your right to use FastBite is terminated immediately if you violate these Terms. BlazeApps may also terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for any reason without liability or advance notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the App and access your account ceases immediately. Sections that should logically survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any legal disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App.
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Your continued use of FastBite after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the App.
