BlazeApps - DriftTones
By downloading, installing, or using DriftTones ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
DriftTones is a mobile application developed by BlazeApps that provides ambient sounds and a mixing interface to help users relax, focus, and improve sleep. The App features a slider-based mixing board with 20+ nature and urban sounds, custom presets, and configurable sleep timers.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlazeApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and its content for personal relaxation, focus, and sleep improvement purposes.
DriftTones uses anonymous authentication through Firebase. No personal account information is required. Your sound preferences and mixer settings are stored securely and associated with your device.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any authentication credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
DriftTones offers a free tier with 5 nature sounds and a premium subscription providing access to 20+ sounds, custom presets, and sleep timer features.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy. Contact the app store for refund requests.
You agree to use DriftTones only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of DriftTones, including but not limited to the software, sound recordings, interface design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BlazeApps or our content partners and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
DriftTones is designed for relaxation and sleep improvement purposes only. The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. If you have sleep disorders or medical conditions, please consult a healthcare professional. Do not use the App as a substitute for medical treatment or professional medical guidance.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific purpose. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the App for relaxation or sleep improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to sleep disruption, stress, or any other health-related issues.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlazeApps operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
