If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. About the App

DoseTrack is a medication reminder and tracking application designed to help users organize medications, set dosing schedules, receive reminders, track medication history, and monitor refill dates. The App includes medication profiles, schedule management, dose logging, refill tracking, and history export features.

3. User Accounts & Authentication

DoseTrack uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. You do not need to create a traditional user account with a username and password. Your data is stored securely and anonymously.

• You agree not to share your authentication token with others
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access due to your negligence

You agree to use DoseTrack only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to hack the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use the App to harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Resell or redistribute the App or premium features
• Attempt to bypass premium restrictions or payment mechanisms
• Use medication information from the App as a substitute for professional medical advice

All content, design, graphics, code, and materials in DoseTrack are the property of BlazeApps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Use of the App is at your own risk. Reminders and notifications depend on device settings, network connectivity, and platform reliability. We do not guarantee that all reminders will be delivered.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health issues, medication-related problems, adverse drug reactions, missed doses, data loss, or economic damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to DoseTrack at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may uninstall the App at any time. Data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of California for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be posted in the App, and your continued use of DoseTrack constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
