BlazeApps - BreathSync
By downloading, installing, or using BreathSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
BreathSync is a mobile wellness application that provides guided breathing exercises with animated breathing patterns, progress tracking, and premium features. The App is designed to support relaxation and breathing practice but is not a medical device.

Breathing exercises are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have health concerns or medical conditions, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before using the App.
BreathSync uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. You do not need to create a traditional user account with a username and password. Your data is stored securely and anonymously.
BreathSync offers the following subscription options:
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal notification before being charged. To cancel, you must manage your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store according to their respective policies. Subscriptions cancelled within the App Store or Play Store's refund window (typically 14-15 days) may be refunded. We do not process refunds directly.
Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information directly. RevenueCat may process subscription data for verification purposes.
You agree to use BreathSync only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, code, and materials in BreathSync are the property of BlazeApps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Breathing exercises carry certain risks and may not be appropriate for all individuals. If you have respiratory conditions, heart problems, or other health concerns, consult a healthcare provider before using the App.
The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, be error-free, or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health issues, data loss, or economic damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate your access to BreathSync at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may uninstall the App at any time. Data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
