2. About BabySleep

BabySleep is a mobile application developed by BlazeApps that provides white noise and soothing sounds designed to help babies, toddlers, and adults relax and sleep better. The App offers a variety of calming sounds including white noise, nature sounds, lullabies, and ambient soundscapes.

3. Medical Disclaimer

BabySleep is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or sleep disorder. The App is designed for relaxation and entertainment purposes only.

• Consult a healthcare professional if your baby has sleep problems or health concerns
• The App should not replace professional medical advice
• Do not use the App as a substitute for safe sleep practices recommended by pediatricians
• Always follow safe sleep guidelines from your healthcare provider

4. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BlazeApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Safe Use Guidelines

For safe use of the App:

• Keep the volume at a safe level - hearing experts recommend white noise below 50 decibels for infants
• Place the device at a safe distance from the baby (at least 7 feet / 2 meters recommended)
• Never place a phone or tablet in or near the crib
• Do not use headphones or earbuds on babies or young children
• Supervise the use of the App with children

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use BabySleep only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Redistribute, copy, or resell the sound content from the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the App's audio files or source code
• Use the App in any way that could harm hearing or health
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Sound Content

All sounds, audio content, and compositions within the App are the property of BlazeApps or licensed from third parties. You may use the sounds only within the App for personal use. You may not extract, download, or redistribute any audio content from the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BabySleep, including but not limited to the software, audio content, interface design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of BlazeApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer subscription plans or one-time purchases for premium sounds and features. All purchases are processed through the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will help your baby sleep or that the sounds will be effective for any particular purpose. Results may vary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to any health issues, hearing damage, or sleep-related problems arising from the use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
