BlazeApps - AquaPulse
By downloading, installing, or using AquaPulse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. BlazeApps reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
AquaPulse is a mobile health and wellness application that helps you track water intake, manage hydration goals, and receive customizable reminders. The App includes an animated water glass interface, goal configuration, reminder scheduling, and analytics features.

The hydration recommendations and health information in the App are general in nature and should not be considered medical advice. Individual hydration needs vary significantly based on age, sex, activity level, climate, metabolism, and underlying health conditions. The hydration goals and recommendations provided by AquaPulse are not personalized medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for advice tailored to your individual health needs.
AquaPulse uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. You do not need to create a traditional user account with a username and password. Your data is stored securely and anonymously.
AquaPulse offers the following subscription options:
Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive a renewal notification before being charged. To cancel, you must manage your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store settings.
Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store according to their respective policies. Subscriptions cancelled within the App Store or Play Store's refund window (typically 14-15 days) may be refunded. We do not process refunds directly.
Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information directly. RevenueCat may process subscription data for verification purposes.
You agree to use AquaPulse only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment. You agree not to:
All content, design, graphics, code, and materials in AquaPulse are the property of BlazeApps or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The hydration goals and recommendations provided by the App are general recommendations and may not be appropriate for all individuals. Individual hydration needs vary based on numerous factors including age, activity level, climate, health conditions, and medications. AquaPulse should not be used as a substitute for personalized medical or nutritional advice from a healthcare provider.
The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the App will meet your requirements, be error-free, or uninterrupted. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Hydration analytics and trends generated by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as medical analysis or diagnosis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlazeApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to health issues, hydration-related problems, data loss, or economic damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate your access to AquaPulse at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may uninstall the App at any time. Data associated with your account will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction] for the resolution of any disputes.
